Something Arrived Wrong

Every order leaves us with care. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we want to know. Write to us at hello@orientretro.com within 3–5 days of receiving your order — include a photo and your order details. We will review and respond with the same care we put into every dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Once roasted, packed, and dispatched, coffee cannot be returned or exchanged — this is the nature of a living, perishable product. This applies to all orders, including ground coffee and international shipments.
