High in the mountains, where the mist still clings to the trees, our coffee grows slowly — patient, unhurried. When the cherries turn deep red, they are picked by hand. One by one. The way it has always been done.
ROASTING
Where character is revealed.
Green beans arrive carrying potential. In the roaster, heat unlocks what the origin promised — the sweetness, the acidity, the depth. Each batch is roasted to order, in small quantities, with precision. Not too fast. Never too dark. Just enough to let the bean speak.
GRINDING
The ritual can begin.
A fresh grind changes everything. The oils, the fragrance, the depth — all held inside the bean until this moment. Too coarse and the cup is hollow. Too fine and it overwhelms. Find the middle. The cup will reflect every decision you make here.
